Thank you for shopping at Orynva.com. We want you and your The DirtyBirdy pigeon soap dispenser to be a perfect match. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your The DirtyBirdy must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note for EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, we have extended this window to 30 days for all our customers globally.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).
3. Shipping

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items: If the product is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Orynva will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, if the soap dispenser has been filled with liquid and used, it may not be eligible for a full refund unless there is a mechanical defect. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at orinvaceo@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
