1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the USA and the European Union.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery: Shipping times vary by location. Estimated delivery will be provided at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes. In the EU, VAT is applied where required by law.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love The DirtyBirdy, but if you don't, we offer a 30-day return window (extending the standard EU 14-day requirement).

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us at orynvaceo@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Product Use & Liability

The DirtyBirdy is an electronic device.

  • Usage: Use only as directed (intended for liquid soap). Do not submerge the electronic components in water unless specified.

  • Safety: Keep out of reach of small children without adult supervision.

  • Disclaimer: Orynva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
