At Orynva.com, we strive to get your The DirtyBirdy pigeon soap dispenser to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (USA & EU)

Orynva is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • USA Customers: Following the 2025/2026 trade policy updates, please be aware that all imports may be subject to a standard import fee or duty. These are collected by US Customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • EU Customers: VAT is generally included in your purchase price for orders within the EU. However, local handling fees by your national postal service may apply.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

Orynva is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience:

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • For additional support, email us at orynvaceo@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
